A window control upgrade proposed by Jay Mingrone of IMMO BLOCK & Rennlist fame!

 

If you want to be able to operate your windows (and sunroof) with the ignition off, just the jumper relays R21 and R22.

You can use homemade wire jumpers (pins 3-5), but the 964 610 184 00 modules are a more permanent solution. If you have a CAB, R21 is already bypassed. For coupes, you have to do both.
The modules are handy. You can also use it to bypass the starter interlock relay R61, and installing one in place of R34 will let you run the fogs with high beams on.

Great companion additions to a 993/964 are:

• Added headlight left on warning  buzzer and;
• IMMO BLOCK eliminates the need for the fob button double-tap to disable the Immobilizer
• Adding automatic door locking to your 993
